International Conference on International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response

On 01.12.2011, theDepartment “National and Regional Security” and the Center for Strategic Studies in defense and security UNWE organized scientific conference with international participation on “Crisis Management (international cooperation, humanitarian assistance and response to crises).”

Among the main objectives of the conference are:

Ø To identify the main directions of research in the field of crisis management;

Ø To introduce the international dimension of crisis management in a globalizing world;

Ø To analyze aspects of crisis management in terms of Bulgaria;

Ø To be specific opportunities identified for implementation of research results and practical experience in the learning process.
